Life Groups

Beginning January 12th, 2025

LIFE GROUPS—A PLACE TO CONNECT Whether you are a charter member or a brand new guest to Messiah, Life Groups are open to you. Life Groups meet at different times, in different places, using different formats, so hopefully one of them will fit your life. Read about the offerings this session by clicking below. KidsKonnect

Join us during 8:30 am and 10:15 am Worship.

KidsKonnect is our Sunday morning experience for students ages 3 years old-5^th grade (Middle School and High School students are invited to be helpers). Students will begin in worship with their families and then during the Hymn of Praise, students will be invited to come with us over to the fellowship hall for music, story, hands on experiences and prayer. This will all happen during Worship. We hope your family will come and experience this new fun-filled time. If you are interested in helping, please email Michelle to sign up.

KidsKonnect is off on Sunday, September 3rd, but will return on Sunday, September 10 at BOTH worship services.

Camp Hope Staff Application

Camp Hope is our three-week day camp for children 5 years old – 6th grade.
This is a unique adult-mentored student-led ministry. Each day, children will hear a new Bible story, learn what it means through hands-on, creative and age- appropriate activities. All day long, every activity points them back to the Bible story using Worship (X2) Small Groups (X2), Snack, Art, STEM, Drama, and Games!

Camp Hope is a day camp that is passionate about growing leaders. This is one of the reasons that Camp Hope is one of the BEST ways to develop youth leaders. It’s a vital part of what Camp Hope is all about!

Camp Hope Dates:

Staff Training:
June 1 for newbie training
June 2-4, 2025 everyone else.
Week 1: June 9-13, 2025
Week 2: June 16-20, 2025
Week 3: June 23-27, 2025
9:30 am –3:30 pm

There are two ways to serve at Camp Hope – both are essential to a great Day Camp:

Volunteer (Support) Staff: Starting at age 13, people are invited to serve in leadership positions that require orientation and specific time commitments.

Paid Staff: People completed 7^th grade-college will be called to serve as small group leaders and directors. Paid staff are required to participate and attend the Staff Training Event, all staff meetings and to be prepared each day.
